As Sales Manager, Mid Market, you will:
- Report into the Director of Sales, Mid Market, and lead a team of Mid Market Account Executives (MM = companies between 200-2000 employees).
- Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Coach, manage and develop sellers with an emphasis on continual learning and skill-gap improvement.
- Develop processes that scale and drive consistent execution across the team.
- Actively monitor sales pipeline, activity & forecasts to proactively adapt to changing conditions.
- Drive alignment with cross-functional teams in Customer Success, Support and Revenue Operations.
- Drive revenue success by owning and exceeding Deel’s quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business by sharing insights, the root causes behind changes in KPI’s, the frequency and impact of these root causes and your recommendations to double down or course correct as needed.
- Attract, hire, retain high performing talent with an aptitude to learn and grow.
Requirements:
- Significant experience leading sales at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- 3+ years sales management experience.
- Skilled at working cross-functionally with various departments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and data driven, with a strong growth mindset.
- Experience selling into companies with 200+ employees
- Experience selling a large product suite
- Experience selling with contracts and annual commitments
- Experience with driving pipeline through outbound prospecting
